Fried sweet potato balls
Overview
Sweet potatoes are soft, glutinous and sweet, and can be cooked in a variety of ways. They can be made into porridge, sweet soup, taro balls, steamed buns with flour, or fried into meatballs.

Steam the sweet potatoes, add flour, milk, sugar and mix well. The dough should be firm.

Take an appropriate amount of dough and roll it into small balls. Pour the sesame seeds into the plate, place the prepared meatballs on the sesame seeds and rotate them around so that the sesame seeds are evenly coated on the meatballs.

Do it in sequence.

Heat the oil until it is 70% hot. You can control it by yourself. Just take a chopstick and put it into it with small bubbles. Add the prepared meatballs. Fry over low heat until cooked.
