Stir-fried vegetables are stir-fried with more than five ingredients, mainly bean sprouts, tofu skin, vermicelli, shredded pork, and leeks. The colors are colorful and will greatly increase your appetite!

Cut the tofu skin into thin strips.

Soak the vermicelli in advance.

Cut the meat into shreds, add a little salt, cooking wine, corn starch and marinate for ten minutes.

Wash the bean sprouts, shred the carrots, and cut the leeks into sections and set aside.

Prepare some onion and ginger slices.

Beat the eggs and set aside.
