This is my first time making steamed cabbage with vermicelli and it tastes very good.

Wash the cabbage and arrange it in a circle.

After the vermicelli is soaked, place it in the middle of the plate.

After soaking the dried mushrooms, chop them into cubes and place them on the vermicelli.

Mix the fresh minced meat with the beef head, light soy sauce, minced garlic, ginger, diced mushrooms, salt, oyster sauce, and bean paste and marinate for more than an hour.

Chop ginger, garlic, green and red pepper, and chopped green onion into fine pieces.

Arrange the marinated meat on the vermicelli and sprinkle with green and red pepper, minced ginger, garlic, and chopped green onion.

Steam for about 10 minutes. Heat oil and pour it on the steamed vegetables before removing from the pan.
