Braised duck in soy sauce
Overview
Braised duck in soy sauce is a very simple recipe. The key is that you can make this dish with golden color, strong sauce flavor, salty and delicious flavor without sugar. We are two foodies in the family, and meat dishes cannot taste sweet, so when I cook, I have to consider not only their tastes, but also dishes that are delicious and full of flavor. I like to experiment and constantly experiment with other seasonings, and finally I can make braised duck in soy sauce that I am quite satisfied with and that suits their tastes. They eat happily, and so do I. Cooking is just for the happiness of those who eat.
