Colorful snow jelly
Overview
The weather is too hot, so I always want to have some cold delicacies, which can not only relieve the heat, but also satisfy the appetite. This colorful snow-top jelly uses freeze-dried lemons and freeze-dried blueberries from Hugo Town to make the jelly part. It is very fragrant, rich in fruity flavor, and very bright in color. If freeze-dried fruit is not available, fresh fruit will work just as well. For the snow top part, cheese cream is used. The combination of cream cheese and fresh cream not only improves the taste, but also makes the shaping lines clearer and more obvious. After making it, refrigerate or freeze it before eating, it will be delicious!
