  5. Add 100 ml of boiling water, white vinegar, chicken essence, and salt and cook until foaming. Add the fried river shrimp. Stir-fry over high heat until the water is reduced, turn off the heat, sprinkle with chopped green onion and sesame oil and stir-fry evenly.
