Sautéed pork belly with two peppers

Chili peppers were first introduced to China from the Americas. Chili peppers are everywhere on the dining tables of Chinese people today. Therefore, I am also a pepper-eater.

Wash and dice the pork belly, add water to the pot, add ginger slices, add cooking wine and boil (I like to eat soft pork belly), so I cooked it for half an hour.

Cooked pork belly, soybean paste, shredded peppers, minced onions, ginger and garlic.

Heat oil in a pan.

Sauté minced onion, ginger and garlic.

Add pork belly and stir-fry.

Add soybean paste.

Stir-fry until flavourful.

Add green and red peppers and stir-fry.

Pour in oyster sauce and light soy sauce.

Add water and simmer for a few minutes.
