A friend gave me a fresh large hairtail fish and prepared it to be braised at home. It is nutritious, delicious and healthy

Remove the internal organs and other impurities from the hairtail fish and cut them into pieces of suitable size. Wash and drain the water and set aside

Cut onion, ginger and garlic into small cubes
