Black pepper pork slices
Overview
Black pepper pork slices are usually made with beef. In fact, they are just as delicious when made with pork. Paired with onions, you can smell the aroma of black pepper before it even comes out of the pot.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Slice the pork (I bought plum meat with some fat, you can also use lean meat), marinate with a little oil, light soy sauce, and a little sugar for a while. (No cornstarch is added, so that the marinated meat will not be aged and will not stick to the pan.)
-
Wash and cut the ingredients.
-
Heat the pan, pour oil, add sliced ginger and shallots and sauté until fragrant.
-
Add the meat slices, do not stir-fry, let them fry for a while. (The meat will be very soft and tender this way.)
-
When the bottom of the meat pieces changes color, add the onions and stir-fry briefly.
-
Add red pepper.
-
Add freshly ground black peppercorns. (Be sure to add freshly ground pepper. Do not add black pepper. Freshly ground pepper is much more fragrant. It is available in supermarkets.)
-
Stir well and serve.
