Vegetarian fried mushrooms
Overview
Personally, I think fried mushrooms are more delicious than meat and very convenient. If you like to eat shiitake mushrooms but are worried about the trouble of blanching them, just blanch a lot of them at once, put them in a food preservation bag after cooling, put them in the refrigerator to freeze, and then take them out to melt when you eat them.

Wash and tear the mushrooms into small pieces, boil water, put the mushrooms into the pot and blanch them

Blanch the shiitake mushrooms and put them in cold water to cool down, then remove the excess water
