Cut the fish into slices (you can let the store pack it away directly, which is more convenient), add salt and cooking wine, and marinate for about 20 minutes

Cut tofu into 1cm pieces

Chop onion, ginger and garlic

Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the wok and heat

When the oil is 50% hot, add an appropriate amount of bean paste and fry slowly over low heat

Add onion, ginger and garlic, stir-fry, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil

After the water is boiled, add an appropriate amount of salt and add the fish fillets one by one

Add the tofu, cover and cook for about ten minutes

Add the washed water spinach, cover the lid and cook for a while, then take it out of the pot!

If you like spicy food, put some oil in a wok over low heat and fry the dried chili peppers and pour the peppercorn oil over it. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have it, it’s already delicious now!
