Fresh meat and fungus pot stickers
Overview
Potstickers are a snack similar to pan-fried pancakes, usually filled with pork. The shape is generally the same as dumplings, but the cooking techniques are slightly changed. The dough used to make pot stickers is relatively thin, which is the wonton wrapper we commonly use. The fried texture is crispier and the skin becomes brighter when the soup is cooked. You can vaguely see the wrapped fillings, which is really tempting~ He loves to eat dumplings or pot stickers, especially fried pot stickers. In order to reward his contribution to the family, this pot sticker was specially made for him~
