I often hear friends say that there is no way to eat beef, most of them braise or roast it. In fact, beef is like other meats. As long as you master the method, it will be delicious no matter how you cook it. Different parts of beef, different cutting methods, and different marinating methods will affect the taste of the beef. You still need to pay attention to this. If it is braised beef, all kinds of beef can be used, but beef beef is the best. If it is roast beef, the brisket is more fragrant. If it is stir-fried beef, the tenderloin is the most tender. If you can't buy tenderloin at the moment, the outer loin is also acceptable. If you don't have these two kinds of meat, the back seat is also okay. When cutting beef, be sure to cut off the muscle texture so that it tastes better when cooked. There are also ways to marinate beef. If it is roasted, this step is not important. If it is stir-fried or boiled, this step must be mastered. I usually cut it into shreds, add light soy sauce cooking wine and water to mix it evenly, then seal it with oil, then use starch to mix it, and then put it in the pot. Practice has proved that this method is very good. Today I made the soup using the method of boiling water. It is very fresh and the beef is also very tender.
