Fried vermicelli and minced, yellow buds and white buds chopped into pieces and squeezed out excess water

Chop the leeks, add the fried eggs, vermicelli, and cabbage together with salted chicken essence, fresh chili powder, and sesame oil and stir evenly

Cut the dough into pieces larger than two dumpling wrappers and roll them out

Wrap in the prepared stuffing and wait for frying

Pour a little more tea oil or blended oil into the pot, heat it to 60% heat, add the wrapped eggs and fry until yellow flowers appear on both sides
