Prepare the main materials.

Take out 40 grams of glutinous rice flour and 60 grams of wheat starch and put them into a basin. Add 30 grams of purple sweet potato puree, 10 grams of corn oil and 10 grams of fine sugar and knead them.

Add appropriate amount of boiling water and mix with chopsticks into granular form.

When it cools down slightly, knead it into a smooth dough with your hands and cover it tightly.

Add the remaining glutinous rice flour and wheat starch to 30 grams of pumpkin puree, oil, and sugar and mix.

Knead into smooth pumpkin dough in the same way.

Take out 30 grams of dough, roll it into a ball and flatten it, then add 35 grams of honey red bean filling and pinch to seal.

After wrapping the stuffing, stick some dry powder on it and put it into a 63g mold.
