Spicy and fragrant farm-style stir-fried pork, spicy and appetizing, fat but not greasy~
Overview
This farm-style stir-fried pork dish looks a bit like twice-cooked pork at first glance. It is originally a Hunan or Sichuan dish. It is made with pork belly as the main ingredient, and is stir-fried with garlic, tempeh, pepper and other auxiliary ingredients. Of course, after some minor improvements, it is more suitable for the refreshing taste of Northeastern people.
