Wash the dried red peppers and leave them in the sun for 2-3 days to dry them! Then put the dried red pepper into a food processor and smash it, but not too crushed to keep some graininess! Add sesame seeds and 1 tablespoon salt to the chili powder.

Pour peanut oil into the cold pan, then pour all the spices into the cold oil! Heat oil according to the amount of chili powder. If you have more chili powder, burn more oil! Simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes to slowly release the aroma of the spices! Don’t make the fire too strong. If the fire is too strong, the spices will easily burn and lose their fragrance!
