Mix the pork slices with light soy sauce, cooking wine and starch and marinate for a while. (Usually pork tenderloin is used, our family likes pork belly)

Prepare all the ingredients, slice potatoes and soak them in water, roll cabbage (a variety of your favorite vegetables) mince ginger and garlic, cut dry chili into sections, Pixian bean paste, dry chili noodles, and cut green onion into sections.

Blanch all vegetables and set aside.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and stir-fry the ginger, garlic, Pixian bean paste, dried chili until fragrant (I also added spicy millet)

Add appropriate amount of cold water or stock and bring to a boil.

Add the meat slices, add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chicken essence, salt, pepper, add a little white sugar and cook.

Pour the vegetables into the bottom of the bowl.

Pour the meat slices into a bowl and sprinkle dried chili noodles, dried chili segments and Sichuan peppercorns on top.
