It’s also fried rice, but it feels much more novel this way, and it can even increase your baby’s appetite! Omurice is a common and popular staple food in Japan. It is a rice dish made of fried rice wrapped in egg skin.

  1. Prepare the ingredients and cut all the side dishes into small cubes

  2. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan, add onions and saute until fragrant

  3. Then add braised beef cubes

  4. Then add green and red peppers and diced black fungus and stir-fry

  5. Pour into the rice and stir-fry, stir-fry while pressing, and stir-fry the rice

  6. Add seasoning, salt, chicken essence and light soy sauce and stir well

  7. Then scoop up the fried rice and beat the eggs in another small bowl

  8. Heat up another pan, add a small amount of oil, then pour in the egg liquid and spread
