Overview
Braised sausage is a unique southern Fujian delicacy. It is salty and slightly bitter. It can be cut into small pieces and eaten directly. It can also be stir-fried with celery and other vegetables. It is an excellent delicacy to accompany wine and rice!

I purchased pig small intestines according to my needs. I bought a complete set and then disassembled the whole set and removed the fat attached to the surface.

Use water, rice vinegar, balsamic vinegar, and salt to repeatedly wash the surface of the small intestine until there is no odor on the surface. Cut the small intestine into 80 cm long. You can also choose the length according to your needs.

Use chopsticks to hold the top of the small intestine, and wrap the end around the top. After everything is inserted, tighten the ring-shaped small intestine repeatedly with your hands, eating yourself like a greedy snake😊

Put the set small intestine into the ginger slices and water and simmer over low heat. Rapid fire can easily cause the air in the intestine to burst. You can also use a needle to relieve the pressure of the small intestine appropriately during cooking. Be careful not to get burned by the sprayed soup!

After the semi-finished product is taken out of the pan, pull out the toothpick after it has cooled down. It is easy to get burned when pulling out when hot!
