Prepare dough ingredients, 250g high-gluten flour, 32g whole eggs, 2g salt, 30g powdered sugar, 30g butter, 142g milk, 3g yeast, 8g milk powder

Stir all ingredients except butter

Knead the dough until smooth, add butter

Continue kneading until the dough is complete (take a piece of dough to pull out a translucent film, and the edges of the holes will be smooth).

Prepare the ingredients for making coconut filling, 25g powdered sugar, 25g butter, 25g whole eggs, 50g coconut, 25g milk

Once the butter has softened add the powdered sugar.

Beat the butter, add the whole egg liquid in 2 portions, stir until absorbed.

Add milk in 2 portions and stir until absorbed (a slight separation of oil and water will not affect it)

Add grated coconut.

Mix well and set aside

Ferment until 2-2.5 times in size, deflate the dough and roll it into a rectangular shape

Spread coconut filling

Roll up from one side.

Cut lengthwise down the middle.

Put it into the toast mold and ferment until it is nine minutes full

Demold at 190 degrees for about 40 minutes
