Wash and cut beef tendons into pieces

Put the cut beef tendons in a bowl. Add soy sauce, oil, pepper and cumin powder to marinate the beef tendons to taste

Dried chilies cut into sections Cut coriander into sections

Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger and minced garlic and saute until fragrant
