Pour the pork belly and spareribs into a pot with cold water, add a few slices of ginger and a few peppercorns, bring to a boil and blanch them with chopsticks to remove them

Cut the dried tofu into triangles with a knife, cut the tofu skin into small pieces and tie them with cotton thread to fix them

Put the ginger slices and aniseed into the pot together, add boiling water and soy sauce and cook to remove the rock sugar (add enough water at one time)

Add dried tofu skin, pork belly and pork ribs in sequence, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium to low heat and simmer for an hour, add salt and simmer for half an hour
