Spicy Tofu Hot Pot
Overview
There are all kinds of ways to make tofu. As long as you put a little thought into different ways, then ordinary tofu will still be tempting to your taste buds, delicious and go well with rice.

Materials required.

Wash and chop all the ingredients, and cut the tofu into small pieces.

Add enough oil to the pan and fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.

Pan-fried tofu is served on a plate.

Use the base oil in the pot, add Sichuan peppercorns, stir-fry until they change color and remove the Sichuan peppercorns.

Add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add tofu and stir-fry evenly.

Add light soy sauce and sugar that suits your taste and stir-fry until combined.

Finally add green peppers and fresh mushrooms and stir-fry well.

Add another 200 to 250 ml of water and bring to a boil.

Transfer all the tofu to a small casserole, cover tightly, and simmer until the soup thickens and turn off the heat. (If you don’t have a casserole, you can cook it directly in the pot until the soup thickens)

Finished product. You can also sprinkle some pepper.
