~Cartoon minions burning fruit
Overview
Shaoguozi is a snack with various shapes, sweet taste and simple preparation. I prefer these oil-free Japanese-style yaki confectioneries to Western-style snacks that are heavy in oil and sugar. You only need condensed milk, cake flour, egg yolks and a little baking powder to make this delightful snack. If you like it, act quickly.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Add egg yolks to the condensed milk and stir evenly with a hand whisk.
-
Sift in the flour and baking powder.
-
Make a dough and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour. The freshly kneaded dough is very sticky and becomes easy to work with after being left in the refrigerator for half an hour.
-
Take 2 small pieces of dough, add a little red coloring to one piece, and add cocoa powder to the other piece.
-
Roll the bean paste into balls, about 8 grams each.
-
Divide the original dough into 22 grams each, roll into a round shape, flatten, put bean paste in the middle, and seal.
-
Arrange into a cylindrical shape.
-
Roll the cocoa dough into a dough sheet and cut out the minion's suspenders in the shape of "I".
-
The suspenders will be "threaded" over the cylinder of dough.
-
Then make the Minion’s glasses.
-
Decorate overalls slightly.
-
The second to last level of the oven, hot air at 160 degrees, about 15 minutes.
-
I also made a few bunnies and kittens from the leftover dough.
-
Very cute.
-
Watch the oven during the last few minutes to avoid over-coloring.

Finally, let’s add some tips on how to make the eyes: add an appropriate amount of powdered sugar and a little honey and form a ball. Take a small piece of powdered sugar and honey, form it into a ball and insert it into the glasses. Dot a drop of melted chocolate in the middle. The eyes are ready.
