Pour the salad oil, juice and syrup into a basin and stir

Sift in the mooncake powder

Divide a salted egg yolk into two parts

Divide the bean paste into 20 portions and wrap each portion with salted egg yolk

After oiling your hands, take out half of the placed dough and divide it into 10 parts, roll it into a round shape

Wrap the bean paste filling and put it on the moon cake powder

Sprinkle mooncake powder inside the mold, wrap the dough with a layer of mooncake powder and put it into the mold and press it into shape

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 minutes. Place the mooncakes on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper. Spray water on the surface and bake in the oven for 5 minutes
