Sauce Pork Buns

Dissolve the yeast powder in warm water, add it little by little into the flour and knead it into a dough.

Knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place

While the dough is rising, work on the filling. Filling ingredients: braised pork, a handful of chives

Put the diced meat and chopped green onions into a container, add one teaspoon of soybean paste, one teaspoon of sweet noodle sauce, a little allspice powder and sesame oil.

Mix well to form filling

Let the dough rise until doubled in size.

Knead the risen dough evenly on the panel and deflate it

Add dough to the evenly kneaded dough and roll it out into a dough that is thin on the four sides and slightly thicker in the middle.

Take a piece of dough and add appropriate amount of filling.

Wrap into buns in your own way.

Do everything in order, put it into the steamer, let it wake up again for 10 minutes and then turn on medium heat

Steam over medium heat for 12 minutes, turn off the heat, simmer for three to five minutes and uncover.
