Overview
The reason for making this PIZZA is that my mother always wanted to taste what foreign pies taste like, but after tasting it, she said: It's not as delicious as a leek box! Haha, our Chinese stomachs have adapted to Chinese food. I believe these imported products are just embellishments in life.

Put the dough ingredients into the bread machine, start the kneading level, knead into a smooth dough and let it ferment. Slice or block the fungi and cut the garlic into cloves.

After the dough has doubled in size, take it out and roll it out to a size slightly larger than the pizza plate. Place it on the pizza plate and place it in the refrigerator to rest for 15 minutes.
