Overview
"A fire in winter" is the main reason why I like the taste of "Sesame Oil Stir-fried Ginger". It doesn't have to be as greasy and strong as sesame oil chicken. The light aroma combined with the chewy texture will slowly spread the warmth throughout the body.

Add the shredded pork and marinade and mix well, shred the cabbage, shred the ginger, pound and chop the garlic

Soak rice cakes in boiling water until softened

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the ginger until fragrant

Add the minced garlic and saute until fragrant, then drizzle with 2 tablespoons of sesame oil (the sesame oil will burn easily and be added last)

Add shredded pork and stir fry until half cooked

Add 1/2 bowl of water to boil, add shredded cabbage and stir-fry until soft
