Overview
White jade mushroom, also known as white snow mushroom, is a rare edible fungus. The whole body is white and crystal clear. In terms of taste, the mushroom body is crisp, tender, smooth, sweet and delicious. It has analgesic, sedative, cough and phlegm relieving, laxative and detoxification, blood pressure reduction, etc. It is also very cheap and can be stir-fried with a variety of vegetables or meat. It is one of my favorite mushrooms. Today I made a simple stir-fried pork with pepper and white jade mushrooms. It is a very homely side dish. The white jade mushrooms are smooth and tender, paired with slightly spicy hot peppers and tender shredded pork. It is salty, spicy and delicious, and goes very well with rice^_^

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the shredded pork, stir-fry until the surface of the shredded pork turns white and shredded, control the oil and set aside

Heat oil in a pot, add ginger slices, garlic slices and scallions and stir-fry until fragrant
