  3. Chop green onions, cut ginger into sections, and slice pork belly

  4. Heat a pan with cold oil. When the oil is hot, add the meat slices and stir-fry until they change color.

  5. Add Chinese cabbage, chopped green onion, and ginger and stir-fry until soft

  6. Add boiling water to cover the cabbage. If possible, you can stew it in a casserole for better taste. I was too lazy, so I stewed it directly in the wok.

  7. Add vermicelli, add salt, cover the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over low heat
