Sixi roasted bran was something my grandma often made for me when I was a kid. I could eat several bowls of rice whenever this dish was available. Now that I have grown up, let me cook it for grandma

Tear the roasted bran into small pieces, cut the shiitake mushrooms into two, cut the day lily into two, and tear the fungus into small florets; boil the peanuts for 10 minutes, remove and set aside, boil the roasted bran for 3 minutes, remove and squeeze the water and set aside

Put a little more oil in the pot, add roasted bran and stir-fry until the surface is slightly brown
