This time I used Dongling's Diai method. I chose the medium burning color, the weight is the default, and the fruit ingredients are automatically sprinkled. The first kneading time is 25 minutes, the first fermentation is 35 minutes, the second kneading time is 5 minutes, the second fermentation is 45 minutes, and the baking time is 45 minutes. About 10 minutes after the first dough kneading, put ingredient B butter into the bread machine.

Before kneading the dough for the second time, mix the cocoa powder and water into a dough.

At the end of the first fermentation, press the pause button, take out the dough, roll it into an oval, roll out the cocoa dough and lay it flat on top, then roll it up, put it back into the bread barrel, and press the start button again.
