How to make sesame cookies (oven-baked cookies)

A very simple biscuit, but it tastes great. Just have a few biscuits and a cup of coffee for afternoon tea.

Ingredients: 180g low-gluten flour, 80g butter, 70g powdered sugar, 30g eggs, 20g milk powder, 1g baking powder, appropriate amount of black and white sesame seeds.

Mix softened butter and powdered sugar evenly.

Beat with a whisk for one minute.

Add the egg liquid in three batches and mix well first.

Then use a whisk to continue beating until it becomes fluffy.

Pour in the milk powder and stir evenly.

Pour in the cake flour and baking powder and stir evenly.

Place the ingredients on a silicone mat and sprinkle black and white sesame seeds on top. (Depending on the amount you like) If the dough is a little thin, you can add an appropriate amount of cake flour.

Rub the sesame seeds in with your hands and roll into a cylindrical shape.

Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Cut into small rounds of similar thickness and place on a baking sheet lined with tin foil.

Place in the middle rack of the oven. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 10 minutes, and set the upper and lower tubes to 170 degrees for 15 minutes. (The temperature can be adjusted appropriately according to the actual temperature of your own oven)
