Pick the cauliflower into small florets, spread them flat on a plate, sprinkle evenly with about 1/4 tsp of refined salt and 1/4 tsp of pepper, and steam for 5-6 minutes;

Chop 1/4 cup of cilantro and mince 1 tablespoon of garlic into a bowl;

Add 1/2 tsp chili crumbs, 3 tbsp bread crumbs, 1/2 tsp refined salt, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp pepper, stir evenly;

Turn on medium to slow heat, add about 1 tablespoon of oil, pour the seasoning into a bowl and reduce the heat to low, stir-fry until the garlic smells fragrant and the bread flour turns yellow. Reduce the heat quickly. It will become mushy easily. Pour the seasoning into the bowl;
