Green pepper and beef dumplings

Hey, I caught a cold out of nowhere, and I don’t even know what caused it. It’s really uncomfortable/(ㄒoㄒ)/~~When I feel uncomfortable, I just want to eat some heart-warming and stomach-warming food, so I made some dumplings, hoping to get rid of the virus quickly!

Prepare the beef filling, peel and shred the ginger, cut the green onions into rings, and cut the green pepper into small dices.

Continue to chop the ginger, scallions, and green peppers, then add them to the beef filling, add salt, dark soy sauce, soup stock, chicken powder, five-spice powder, and cooking wine.

Stir evenly.

Put the flour into the basin.

Add water and mix into a dough, let it rise for about 20 minutes.

Knead the dough long, cut into small pieces and flatten.

Roll out the flattened dough and add fillings.

Make water in a pot. After the water boils, add the dumplings and order the water three times.

Take out the cooked dumplings.

I like it dipped in vinegar and served with a little homemade chili sauce.
