Add dried chili peppers, garlic, Sichuan peppercorns, and ginger slices to vegetable oil and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour in the chicken pieces and stir-fry over high heat.

Fry until golden brown and add dark soy sauce to adjust color.

Add a 300g bottle of beer.

Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for ten minutes.

Reduce the juice over high heat and add salt, light soy sauce and vinegar.

Soybean sprouts as the base.

Spread the chicken pieces on top of the soybean sprouts.
