Dumpling soup dada
Overview
Soup daddy is a delicious memory of my childhood~~ Sometimes it is breakfast, sometimes it is lunch~~ A bowl of chewy, warm and simple soup daddy~~ Full of love from my parents~ Childhood soup daddy requires kneading the dough~~ After the dough is kneaded, pull it into pieces by hand and cook it in the pot~~ After the pot is stirred in, you can add your favorite seasoning~~ Today’s [Dumpling Soup Papa] is different from the previous one~~~ [Dumpling Soup Papa], as the name suggests, is made of dumpling wrappers~~ There is no need to knead the noodles, the key is to be quick~~ If you are hungry, take a bowl and fill your stomach immediately~~ It can also get rid of the endless dumpling wrappers~~~ Is this a good trick? o(∩_∩)oHaha~~ One day before dinner, someone and I were too busy to prepare dinner~~~ There were dumpling wrappers left over from lunch in the refrigerator~~Unfortunately, there was no dumpling filling~~ I immediately thought of using dumpling wrappers to make soup dumplings~~ I mixed two kinds of seasonings, one red soup and one white soup~~ Someone and I each had a big bowl~~~Beautiful~~ At least the food for three people was wiped out by the two of us, isn't it beautiful~~o(∩_∩)ohaha~~ The red soup is the basic recipe in our hometown. It is basically the base for eating noodles, cooking dumplings, and mixing vegetables~~ Spicy and appetizing~~ The white soup is shiitake mushroom stock~~ It is fresh and fragrant. This is someone's favorite soup~~~ The ready-made shiitake mushroom stock I used is a lazy version of the recipe~~~ If you don’t have shiitake mushroom broth, you can usually boil some broth such as bone broth, divide it into small portions and freeze it~~ Just take it out and defrost it before eating~~
