  1. Cook pork belly with skin until cooked through. When cooking, add green onions and ginger. Cut into pieces and set aside.

  2. Dice carrots and blanch them in water. Set aside.

  3. Put a little oil in the pot, add onions, ginger, garlic, peppercorns, star anise leaves and white buttons and stir-fry until fragrant.

  4. Add pork belly. Turn on medium heat and drain out excess oil.
