Shrimp, Zucchini and Vermicelli Claypot
Overview
This is the first time I made shrimp and zucchini vermicelli stew. The vermicelli absorbed the sweetness of zucchini and the fragrance of shrimp. It can also become a staple food. Highly recommended!

Prepare the ingredients, cut the zucchini into strips, soak the vermicelli, dried shrimps, and mushrooms in warm water until soft, mince the ginger and garlic, and cut the green onion into sections.

Saute minced ginger, garlic and dried shrimps in a wok until fragrant, then add mushrooms and zucchini and stir-fry, add salt and light soy sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.

Stir-fry the ingredients, transfer them to a casserole, add water, bring to a boil, and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add vermicelli and cook for a while, then add green onions, sesame oil, chicken powder and pepper to taste. (For those who like spicy food, add some chili pepper to make it more delicious)
