Put the ribs in a pot under cold water, add green onion slices, ginger slices and cooking wine, bring to a boil and skim off the foam, remove and set aside.

Cut one tomato into large pieces and one into small pieces (for juice).

Pour the tomatoes into the breaker and beat into tomato juice.

Chop onion and garlic into minced pieces and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add onion and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour the beaten tomato juice and add appropriate amount of water.

Add a spoonful of Yellow Lantern chili sauce.

Pour in the blanched pork ribs, bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes.
