Shrimp are generally salty, so soak them in water an hour in advance to remove the salty taste; wash the pork, remove the pig skin and fascia, and cut into cubes; peel and wash the taro with a knife or square chopsticks, then cut into cubes; soak the tofu in salt water to prevent it from breaking

Heat oil in a pan, add onions and ginger, stir-fry, add pork and stir-fry until the meat changes color. Remove the soaked dried shrimps and put them in the pot. Discard the soaking water and do not use it. Then add 800ml of water and bring it to a boil over high heat. Add salt and reduce to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the diced taro and simmer for another 10 minutes. Add the chopped tofu and continue to simmer for 5 minutes

If you like soup, you can eat it. If you like thicker soup, you can use 10g of starch to thicken the soup, add some garlic leaves and some sesame oil
