Plum meat and potatoes stewed
Overview
Fresh potatoes are on the market, and small ones cost 70 cents a pound. My favorite is stewed fresh potatoes. They are so delicious. Because my father-in-law hates stewed potatoes, my husband’s family almost never makes stewed potatoes. Even my husband doesn’t like stewed potatoes, so they put a few kidney beans in it for him.
