Lamb and radish stuffed dumplings
Overview
I rarely make dumplings with mutton, but this time my husband suggested making them with white radish as the filling. It was very fresh and delicious. The weather in the north is getting colder. Eating more mutton will warm your body.

Add 500g flour to 250g warm water and 1g salt to form a dough, and mix well. During the kneading process, knead twice more to make the dough smooth.

Grate the white radish into shreds with a tool, marinate it with a spoonful of salt for 10 minutes, then squeeze it dry and chop into small pieces.

Chop the mutton into puree and add chopped onion and ginger.

Then add oyster sauce, vegetable oil, pepper, and soy sauce.

Stir evenly in one direction.

Add chopped radish.

Mix thoroughly to form filling.

When the dough is ready, make dough and roll into dough to make dumplings.
