Wash udon noodles with clean water, remove and drain

Chop onion and garlic into small pieces

Cut green and red bell pepper into small pieces

Slice plum blossom pork and marinate with salt, dark soy sauce and cooking wine for fifteen minutes

Heat oil in a pan, add marinated meat and stir-fry until golden brown, set aside

Add oil to the wok, add onions and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

Add tomato sauce and stir-fry until fragrant, add Maggi Fresh, dark soy sauce, cooking wine and salt and stir-fry evenly

Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat until the soup thickens

Add the drained udon noodles and stir-fry until the noodles are cooked
