Stir-fried cabbage with fungus
Overview
During the Chinese New Year, I eat meat every day. Although I don’t gain much meat, I feel very greasy. Let’s try some light vegetarian dishes to shave off the oil~ Fatty brother likes it very much and will continue to make the same ones~

Prepare materials

Wash and slice cabbage

Cut onion, ginger, garlic and pepper into sections and mince

Wash the fungus and tear into small pieces

Boil the fungus in boiling water for a while, remove and drain

Heat oil in a pot, stir-fry onions, ginger, garlic and chili peppers

Add cabbage and stir-fry until soft and drain out

Add fungus and fry for a while

Add salt, soy sauce, fresh vegetable seasonings and green onions and stir-fry evenly.
