Raspberry Chocolate Lava Cake

Making a hot chocolate dessert today. Hong Kong is called [Chocolate is Too Soft], you will know it as soon as you hear it! Well, it’s chocolate lava cake. The first time I did it, I thought it was pretty simple! Added some raspberries, it’s good~ Let’s try it together?

The main materials are ready.

Place the melting bowl over the pot and fill the pot with enough water. Place the chocolate and unsalted butter in a melting bowl over water and heat until the chocolate and butter are completely melted;

Use a spatula to stir the melted chocolate and butter evenly and take it out;

Take an egg beater, put the whole eggs and egg yolks in and beat well;

Then pour in the fine sugar and stir until the fine sugar is completely dissolved;

Use a mixer to stir into a paste with a uniform texture;

Sift in all the flour;

Stir until flour is no longer visible and the batter is complete.

Pour the batter into a baking dish, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 8 to 10 minutes;

After baking, let it sit for 1 to 2 minutes, then use a knockout knife to draw a circle along the inside of the baking dish and flip it upside down to release it from the mold.

After unmoulding, sprinkle with powdered sugar and decorate with some raspberries and raspberry syrup.
