Overview
Fry the shredded ginger in hot oil. Pour the oil and shredded ginger into the cold dish and mix well. The aroma and spicy taste of ginger give this dish a unique taste.

Ingredients: cucumber (only half used), green onion, ginger, red pepper, tofu skin, lettuce.

Shred the bean skin and shred the red pepper.

Shred the lettuce.

Cut half of the cucumber into shreds as well.

Shred the ginger, use only the green leaves of the scallions (the white scallions can be used as green onions for other dishes), and cut into sections.

Put cucumber shreds, red pepper shreds, tofu skin shreds, and lettuce shreds into a mixing bowl, and add salt, MSG, light soy sauce, and vinegar.

Turn on the heat, pour cooking oil into the pot, add shredded ginger when the oil is hot, and fry until fragrant.
