Prepare the ingredients and set aside (the tofu should be fried in advance and set aside).

Preheat the oil in the pan, add the pork and stir-fry.

Add garlic and ginger and saute until fragrant.

Pour in a spoonful of light soy sauce.

Pour in a spoonful of balsamic vinegar and a spoonful of dark soy sauce.

Pour in an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat, add a spoonful of salt and dried chili and stir-fry, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
