Fennel greens.

Cut the pig's blood into cubes. I cooked the pig's blood myself. I didn't control the time well, so it's a bit old.

Cut fennel into long sections.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Add pig blood into the pan and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until it changes color, scoop up and set aside.

Boil water in a soup pot and add fennel.

Add the pig blood and simmer for five minutes.

Add salt, pepper and chicken essence to taste.
